Every now and then I browse Model Mayhem to see if there are any new models, hair stylists, make-up artistes etc that I may wanna work with in Barbados.
I was lucky last week to see Shawn King's photos just a few weeks after he posted them.
A bartender at Ship Inn, Shawn is a fitness enthusiast and just one of the most chill and laid-back guys I have ever met.
At 5"8 he is not interested in doing runway but could easily make good doing fitness and commercial work. Having only "modelled" for one other photographer Shawn just had charisma to burn.
Almost ever photo was really good. It was especially lucky as on the day I post this Shawn has left Barbados for 6 months so we got in with just a small window of a chance.
Two more points in the Plus column for this shoot was that I got out of the studio!!! and we shot more commercial images than I am used to. More to come of Shawn later.
