Daniel Wu Yin-jo was born in San Francisco in 1974. He majored in Architecture in university. After his graduation in 1997, he was discovered whilst traveling in Hong Kong and began modeling part-time. Wu is a martial arts enthusiast, and has trained in martial arts since his childhood.
